How a day looks here
6 AM — ovens on, first dough goes in. 8 AM — doors open, espresso machine warmed, first croissants out. Through the day — cookie batches every hour, cold brews steeping, cakes finished to order. Evening — the lights go warm, desserts take centre stage.
